"I'm a mindset guy," I often tell people when describing the content of the podcast. During a "Chats with Clark" episode, you will engage a conversation about mindsets and ideas that actually matter in the world. At the end of each episode, I hope that all of us are better than we were before thinking about the topics of that day. My underlying theme is gratitude. "If you want to be happier, live more gratefully," I contend. As a self-taught chef himself, "Chef Lone" has mastered the craft of delicious tasting food with a display so intriguing that it tells a story. Each piece of food is meticulously designed to have significance towards the overall plate, a true form of art. Throughout his experiences so far, Logan has created a popup dinner event series, in which he takes over a restaurant's menu and prepares a multi-course meal that, again, tells a story. As someone who hosts events across the country, Ishmael recognized a hole in the events space in Cleveland after moving back to his hometown from New York City. An Akron, OH native, Bridget grew up as the center of attention. She has been an Irish dancer for as long as she can remember, and she emerged in the pageant world, leading to her recognition as Miss Ohio. Consistently, Bridget loved injecting energy into situations and making people smile. Thus, as she developed in her career, she shifted into an emcee role, from ESPN Cleveland to the Cleveland Browns and also CrossCountry Mortgage. Bridget is a staple face among Cleveland, as someone who is tangibly authentic to who she is.     Cam Trudell: NACDA Vice President; "Raising Role Models"; Lessons from Football; Influences of NIL

    In episode 61 of "Chats with Clark," Cam Trudell joins the show to share his aspirations of "raising role models," a phrase that guides his life as the vice president of NACDA (National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics), an inductee to the Walsh University Hall of Fame for his play as a linebacker, and especially as a devoted husband and father of three. Trudell notes that one would be remiss to mention his name without noting that he is a proud dad, noting the influence of his own parents. Cam shares stories of the way that his mom and dad were always present in the lives of his siblings and him and how he aspires to be (and is) vitally present in the lives of his children. Professionally, Cam embodies being a role model, as he has leveled up through various roles, allowing him to emerge as the NACDA Vice President. Thankful to many of his own role models, individuals throughout his life have influenced him to keep growing and developing into the dominant force that he is within the world of sports and beyond.
