A 12 Week Online Program - How to Navigate Parenting Through Divorce & After

A 12 Week Online Program - How to Navigate Parenting Through Divorce & After

Meet Erin Caldwell, Social Worker/ Therapist, LCSW.  Struggling to navigate life after a high-conflict divorce can feel like wandering through a labyrinth with no exit in sight – but it doesn't have to be that way. Erin Caldwell joins us to share her transformative journey and how it inspired her to create a community program for women, particularly single moms, looking for a beacon of hope. Her approach weaves together self-paced online learning with live, weekly sessions, providing a sanctuary where participants can connect and foster growth amidst the chaos of everyday life.

As a busy mom, finding time for personal development while keeping up with the whirlwind of daily responsibilities can seem daunting. Erin’s program is tailored to fit the complex schedules of women who are managing it all. She crafts a flexible learning experience that allows for deep engagement with the material on your own terms, while also emphasizing the importance of connecting live with the community to support and uplift each other. Post-programs ensure that the path to growth doesn't end after the initial 14 weeks, but continues to evolve as a journey of lifelong learning.

Erin says, "If there's one thing I've learned from my own tale of resilience, it's that the aftermath of a tumultuous divorce can either define you or be the foundation upon which you build a stronger, more stable self. In sharing my story, I hope to illuminate the power of positivity and the necessity of self-care, especially when your children are looking to you as their guide."  Erin's program offers  a roadmap to healing that is easy accessible online.  Reach out to her today and set up a FREE 45 minute consultation and see if this is the right fit for you.   Join us for this heartfelt narrative, and let it accompany you on your path to self-reflection, healing, and crafting more resilient relationships.

Week 2: Three Women Spill It - Their Barking Dog Ego vs. Spirit Experiment

Week 2: Three Women Spill It - Their Barking Dog Ego vs. Spirit Experiment

Howdy Folks! I loved recording this week's episode.  You'll hear three women and three generation perspectives: Gen Z, Millennial and Gen X discuss their findings when discovering their 'barking dog' (the ego).  Listen how each of them grew in self discovery and how eye opening their experiences were!

Do you remember a time when you were angry, hurt or jealous, and instead of addressing it, you bottled it up?  Well, we sure do. We even had the chance to address them head on over the past week. Through personal anecdotes, we explore the importance of managing feelings and understanding why it's crucial not to absorb others' emotional state. We share practical strategies such as journaling to process our emotions and discuss how doodling can stimulate parts of the brain that help us navigate our emotional labyrinth.

Or, have you ever felt grounded and truly present in the moment?  Carrie, Jordan, Keri and Carla,  join us to discuss the concept of grounding and the art of practicing generosity in our daily lives. Drawing inspiration from the Holy Spirit, Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Caroline Leaf,  we delve into the profound impact of staying present and being generous with our time, resources, and heart. The dialogue further underlines the importance of recognizing our ego, ensuring we don't take things personally, and prioritizing emotional boundaries.

Moving forward, we reflect on personal growth and the influence of our upbringing on our behavior. Join Carla and Carrie as they uncover the power of positive self-talk and how embracing change fosters positive outcomes. We also shed light on the transformative energy of prayer, the meaning of self-discovery, and remaining receptive to new paths and possibilities. Tune in for an enlightening episode packed with valuable insights on managing emotions, grounding, and harnessing the power of prayer and self-discovery.

    Week 2 - Homework:

    1.  Grounding - find new ways of being in the present moment.
    2.  Generous - journal the ways you love and dislike being generous.  Journal why you feel this way.
    3.  Doodle - use this writing technique to help open the basal ganglia and help yourself process your thoughts and emotions.
    4. Notice what your spirit is telling you this week, journal your findings.

Listen to the last 20 minutes of the podcast to find out more details.  Come join our fun in self discovery for a more peaceful life.

Week 1: How to Know - Hearing Ego or Spirit? Three Women Get Real and Spill The Beans

Week 1: How to Know - Hearing Ego or Spirit? Three Women Get Real and Spill The Beans

Have you ever missed a deadly accident because something was holding you back? How about thinking about someone you barely know or never see and - randomly, for no reason - they call or you see them in person the next day?  What about encountering repeated numbers throughout the day? In our riveting discussion, we explore these seemingly random events and their profound implications on our life. We go beyond the surface and dive into the depths of our inner selves, deciphering the constant tug of war between our spirit and ego. Filled with relatable anecdotes, this conversation will inspire you to recognize the presence of the spirit in your life, even in the smallest of things.

We then transition to a deeper contemplation on our life's purpose: building God's house. The journey uncovers how we can discern if our motivations emanate from our spirit or our ego. We help you navigate the complexities of utilizing your gifts for a noble cause, highlighting the responsibility we bear towards ourselves, our families, and our communities. Amidst our exploration, we reflect on how recognizing our life's purpose can liberate us from the shackles of competition and the incessant need to be the best.

Join me, Keri, Carla and Jordan in our discussion and in our experiment!  We are going to identify our "Barking Dog Ego" and put a picture, name, full description, etc. to it. We will take notes during our daily journaling time and just merely observe this part of us that rarely gets explored.  Often the 'barking dog' within us, can limit our progress and stunt our spiritual growth. We discuss practical tips such as journaling to become more aware of our feelings, thoughts, and reactions, thereby helping us identify when our ego is leading the way. We also explore how to make more conscious choices, bring subconscious thoughts to the surface, and make the right decisions for our lives. So buckle up for this enlightening spiritual journey, and let's embark on this path of self-discovery together!
