    Loneliness Awareness Week Special

    It's Loneliness Awareness Week, with the theme of Random Acts of Connection. In this special episode, host Rachel is joined by Beth and Katie, who share their stories around loneliness and the work they are doing to highlight young people's voices.  We touch on different diagnoses for mental health and autism, so do reach out if you need support.
