    When God sits us out ! VERY FIRST EPISODE!

    Sometimes we have been disobedient to God too many times and before you know it we are "sitting out" no one likes to sit out but it is to correct the behavior that has been disrespectful and unacceptable. So in the season of time out try to really get in your prayer place and seek to understand why it is that what you did to God was wrong and how you will repent and not do it again. Hopefully this will have you needing to accept that you need to sit out and let God reconstruct your heart and mind.
