    The Only Life Advice You Will Ever Need To Hear

    Do this, do that. Tell him this, treat him like that. It almost feels like everyone we meet or every article we read has the advice to give us. It is so easy to get lost in them and lose a vivid life direction along the way. Well, I believe there's only one message you need to hear and that message, I'm sharing with you in this podcast. It only took my 18 minutes to lay it all down and you could probably even double speed it as I was cautiously looking for the right words, but please listen to it, there's a reason why you've come across this podcast episode.     What truly helps to overcome feelings of sadness or depression

    It's a bit messy, it' s a bit stuttery, but it is raw and it's real. Just before midnight I recorded the first episode of Checkmate which I dedicated to a topic which is a bit tabu, especially when the summer at its peak and everyone is  #instahappy. Despite the sunny weather we've all experienced the time, when we would ask ourselves "So what do I do now?" and would struggle with negative emotions.
