The success of this book has led to a first of its kind collaboration with the restaurant chain Mugg and Bean to add some of her dishes to their nationwide menu and has led to her opening her pop up restaurant at the Dubai Alkebulan food hall. Anna created an African Cuisine syllabus for the Prue Leith Culinary Institute and through her work at Harvesting Heritage mobilises research, resources and relationships to promote African heritage ingredients, recipes and culture.
