    Episode 6: Something for the Difficult Days

    Hey besties! Fun fact: This episode was ready a whole week and a half ago...but life was life-ing. Life is a lot on my side, and I'm sure you've felt the pressure, too. This week's episode is dedicated to giving you a few soft reminders as you navigate a difficult season of your life. Spoiler alert: You're going to be okay.     Episode 5: Let's Talk Burnout, Besties

    Hello, hi friends! It's been a while! Today's episode is inspired by my sudden 3 week disappearance -- which was a result of burnout. I don't know about you guys, but lately, it feels like there's always something else to do, another deadline to meet, another obligation to fulfill. And while we're hustling and grinding and trying to get it all done, it's easy to forget about taking care of ourselves. I sure did. Today I catch you up on where I've been the last few weeks and what burnout led to. Spoiler alert: I was hit with a respiratory infection that I'm still recovering from. You'll hear me talk about my personal experience with feeling overwhelmed and trying to "thug it out", instead of taking a break. I also share tips on dealing with burnout that have helped me -- and I feel they could help you too. So if you're feeling stressed, tired, or just need a little pick-me-up, this episode is for you. We're all in this together, friend, and we're gonna get through it.

    Hello, hi! Chipo here and well, in case you haven't noticed... I've started a podcast! *Whew* Chi Talks is a podcast about life and everything in between. So, basically, anything goes here. Well almost anything. But what you can expect are my thoughts on life, growing up, falling in (and out of) love, and professional stuff like marketing, personal development, and career growth. This project has been a long time coming and I'm excited that 2023 is the time I get to start this. I look forward to the journey ahead and I hope you'll join me on it.
