In this Hangout and Highlight Session we interview Coach Henry Thomas and his children. Coach Thomas is in his 42nd year as a teacher/coach and has impacted many lives in a positive way. He has had many accolades throughout his career. His children are also in the coaching profession and have been following his impactful footsteps. We had a great time discussing where they currently coach, a lesson learned from their father and what drives them to make a positive difference in the profession. We also had some good laughs!

Otis Kitchen is Town and Country Elementary School Principal at Hillsborough County Public Schools in Tampa, Florida. He is also the current Hillsborough Association of School Administrators (HASA) President. He was a successful basketball player at Tampa Catholic High School and Florida Atlantic University. He won a State Championship in HS.
