Choosing2Stay is for the silent fighter, the weary believer, and the undecided heart. The ones who smile in public but cry in private. The ones who feel forgotten, overwhelmed, or on the edge. The ones who’ve asked, "Will my life ever get better?" I know because I've asked that question too. This space was created from real grief, betrayal, heartbreak, and silent suffering. But it was also born from the decision to keep going. To hold on. To choose to stay — when it seems easier to give up. I'm here so you will stay- even when life gets hard. You are not a burden; you are not alone.

    The Goodbye no one saw coming

    At just 3 months old, my son had no idea how close he came to losing his mother. Postpartum depression mixed with insecurities and pain, caused me to break. In this first episode, I open up about the darkest day of my life - the day I tried to end it all. I share the painful thoughts that consumed me, the shame I carried, and how I truly believed the world would be better without me. My then 3-month old son is now a 22 year old preacher- a reminder that there was more to my story than I could see back then. This episode is for anyone who feels like a burden and a failure. For anyone trying to decide if life is worth living. You are not alone and your story is not over. I have learned that it does get better and your life is worth living!
