In our culture, it can easily become an idol, but I am learning that there is a need to help people see that the body is a temple and should be treated with care. In the same way that the intersection of sports and Christianity is a great place to do ministry, the same is true with fitness.

People rarely want to be. Instead, we favor doing. Being means you are not looking to change or adjust anything. Being means you are ready to sit and listen for a while.
