If you're living with fibromyalgia, joint pain, muscle aches, or any of the other joys our bodies love to throw at us, then you're in the right place. I'm your host, Felicia, and this podcast is where we embrace the ridiculousness of pain. Because what else can you do when your body decides to throw a tantrum at 3 a.m.? Let's be honest, we've all had those moments waking up and thinking, okay, what's going to hurt today? Will it be my back? Is it my knees? Oh, it's my feet, but just the heel of my foot. Fantastic. Instead of crying about it, we're here to laugh through the chaos. You'll hear stories from me.
