    Micronations and Sovereign Citizens

    Some people live so far on the fringes of society that they don't even consider themselves part of it, that's what Jrad and Steed are covering on this week's episode of Chubstep. The guys start with a correction on the Greenland episode before getting into why Steed's boredom led him to choose the main topic. Micronations and sovereign citizens starts out with the crazy people defending themselves in court, trying to use this excuse to get out of tickets, Mos Def / Yasiin Bey's trouble with his World Passport, the complicated beliefs of Sovereign Citizens and how it ties to Star Wars, a micronation made of concrete in the ocean that involved a James Bond level helicopter rescue, a high concentration of micronations in the Czech Republic including Anarchy99, when not paying your taxes adds up for micronations, Key West's Conch Republic, an island for the LGBTQ+ community, and a failed Scottish island take over

    Forgery

    A good forgery can last forever so Steed and Jrad cover the one's that almost stood the test of time on this week's Chubstep. The guys start with Steed's recent love triangle/missed connection before getting to the main topic. For forgeries they cover a man who spent thousands on a fake stone giant and became famous nationwide all to prove a point to a preacher, finding the bones on Jesus's "Brother", a skull that shaped science from a mammal that never existed, a Roman emperor who found a very convenient letter, making millions off Hitler's letters he never wrote, selling fake painting to the Nazi's and when it almost backfired, and the revoked Grammy for Milli Vanilli

    Greenland

    Want to cool off this summer? How about Chubstep's deep dive on one of the most scarcely populated countries in the world with: a history of disappearing civilizations, a shark that defies the odds of living hundreds of years and people eat despite being poisonous, a constant rejection to being purchased by the US, a hidden US nuclear base without Greenland's permission, no history of serial killers (although Iceland does). Before Greenland the guys discussed Steed witnessing another near death while traveling, and losing $50 betting on the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Championship.

    Bicycles

    How did a volcano eruption eventually lead to Lance Armstrong requiring everyone to wear yellow bracelets? Steed and Jrad cover everything bicycles and more in this week's Chubstep. The guys start with Jrad being a part of a real life horror movie and how wildfires are obstructing Steed's views before getting to the main topic. The transformation of the Flintstones bike, to the hipster death bike to the "Safety Bike", bikes in war, severe bicycle crimes and scams, the guys worst bike accidents, the disaster that was the first Tour de France, and the worlds most expensive bikes

    S2 Ep.054: World Leaders' Bizarre Deaths

    What are the strangest ways leaders throughout time have died? The list is never ending but the Chubstep boys cover some of the oddest in this week's episode. First they cover if it is socially acceptable to eat popsicles as a grown man, being hired out as a Karen, guest Patrick Bertoletti winning a banana eating contest, and buying weapons as a joke. For the main topic the guys discuss a monkey bite that caused 250,000 deaths, when a nose bleed goes bad, getting killed by your human head trophy, laughing to death, over the top mourning, heading into battle blind and becoming a human leg rest

    Diseases pt. 1

    Will there be a part 2? TBD but there are so many wild diseases out there that this probably isn't the last time Chubstep's Steed and Jrad cover the topic. First the guys discuss the delay in releasing this episode, when hospital staff isn't prepared for standard scenarios, Steed's memorial day trip to Chicago with bleeding ears and a leaky air mattress. The guys then cover people convinced they're already dead, the dancing plague, the laughing epidemic in 'Tanzania News', the forgotten living statues that awoke after 40 years in the 1960's, and when ancient treatments like blood letting and maggots in wounds make sense.

    Toxic Masculinity

    The pendulum swings as an episode dedicated to something only a woman can do is followed by a show based on all things masculine in this week's Chubstep. The guys start with thanking the fans for their most downloads ever in the month of April, Steed quitting his part time job in college by ghosting a sub shop, and a casino commercial which can't be interpreted in an appropriate way. The guys get to what they meant by the topic of masculinity doing an ASMR of eating a meat sticks, a 90's kid peak image of masculinity, the positive beginning of the meaning of toxic masculinity, why men don't live as long, beers, the ultimate man names, the best ways to eat meat, masculinity norm changes through history including crying and high heels, and the best ways for a man to break up with his significant other

    What has been missing from pregnancy since the dawn of time? How about the male's on Chubstep perspective and deep understanding! The guys start with Jrad's surprise trip to Las Vegas, soy boys, and nobody being happy with the Kentucky Derby. For the main topic the guys start with how pregnancy is like a vending machine, ancient ways of determining if you're pregnant, the biggest baby ever and how it's like a first round draft bust, an impossibly small baby and long pregnancy, a cure all for pregnancy symptoms, how pregnant women can be helped by lonely men at Jimmy John's, odd beliefs around the world, the lady that 69 babies, and the guys tips for pregnancy.
