Greatest practical self defense information

I have listened to every podcast you have made. Each one offers some of the best practical information concerning what others did and what we should do to effectively defend ourselves in a bad situation, or even how to avoid that situation. I share these stories with my wife, my adult kids, grandkids, and the church I pastor.
Thanks for a joy well done and for all the work you put into the podcast. Excellent!
