Listening to this podcast every week brings back the memories of when I first watched The Founder. That movie and this show both bring me so much joy and I’m always excited for the next episode. I also love that the squad keeps having kids nice to know that your boys can still get some.

Over the years, I’ve sat quiet. My tongue has been held as a fraudulent phony has masqueraded in front of us, displaying their apparent affinity for deal closing and business development as their personal brand. “If I had the opportunity, I’d love to be a deal closing coach,” they said. Well today, their bombastic outward display for this love for closing has finally struck a nerve where I need to declare: “Dave, Put the Coffee Down…”
It takes not two seconds to locate your LinkedIn profile, complete with half-built “About me” section that doesn’t provide the capabilities you have or reasons you have to entice me to connect. Your profile picture goes back to the Great Recession, which drives you away from your default cover & generic “Co-founding” headline. Based on your employment experience, your small-midsize podcast company has only three shows, and provides no other services to your faithful listeners. Your LinkedIn feed contribution (1 post in 6 years) is about as barren as your pipeline conversion rate…
So talk to me Dave, do you even do business? Do you really know about closing deals? Or are you just making excuses for expensing your meals?
