Exploiting the hard work of local musicians takes up 3/4 of the show, showcasing a genre diversity not ordinarily heard on the program (read: not exclusively deathmetal). Includes a fruit-filled section on new and up-coming local acts. Highlights on The Invisible Orange 15th anniversary gigs, and some other shit you need to know. There will be a test.

Ian's back with a slate of savagery from all over the world of metal on today's show! Great Extreme Metal

This podcast plays some excellent metal music, primarily in the more extreme genres such as death and black metal. The Canadian accents of the hosts are entertaining, too. The show is a staple for me every week. My only complaints come because it is first and foremost a local radio show rather than a podcast: (1) the sound quality is not the best, and (2) they play some local bands which may not all be on par with the rest of their playlists.
