Pavement Condition Survey Underway (Sept 2021)

If there’s one thing almost all drivers agree on, it’s that we want to drive on smooth, pot-hole free roads. That’s exactly what the City wants to happen too, but maintaining and repairing Durham’s streets has to be done in a way that is based on research and real data. In this CityLife episode, host Beverly Thompson talks with Project Manager for this year’s Pavement Condition Index Survey Bayan Alzubi, who is with our Public Works Department and Scot Gordon, President of Roadway Asset Services, about why the survey is so important and how the results will benefit you.
