This gorgeous recording always gives me goose bumps, it's so powerful and such a great song and performance. Have a listen to the mp3 "snippet" to hear what I mean. Amazing to realize that these guys fit this garage classic into less than 2 minutes! Yet it's absolutely perfect even at 1:52. By the way, this was a non-album single, as the group made no albums. Note: This beautiful copy has Near Mint labels. The vinyl (styrene) looks Near Mint as well, and the audio grades the same with almost no surface noise or other degradation.

On the B side of this classic hit is another reason why Joe South is so admired... here's a complex pop song that's part country, part soul, part psychedelic rock. Numerous tricky, interesting time changes and melodies make it a great find hidden on a B side. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. It has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).

This is a beautiful copy of the group's first hit single. By the way, the flip side is incredibly strong... hard to say which side I like better! Stereo/Mono promo copy. Talk about a sleeper! This under-appreciated 1976 gem was the only chart appearance (squeaking in at #95 on the Billboard Black/RnB Singles chart) for Ms. Black, who had an equally excellent followup single that likewise went nowhere in airplay and sales. I fell in love instantly and quickly put a snippet in the Classic 45s jukebox... Have a listen! Note: With pristine Mint labels, this beautiful copy's vinyl and audio aren't far from pristine.
