    In today's episode I'm joined by Renee Melizza, a Writer, Author, Storyteller and Poet. I started following Renee’s beautiful words on Instagram in 2021, when it was then called Dear Darling XO and we were lucky enough to meet in person in 2022.  On Instagram Renee shares the very real, relatable and romantic parts of motherhood. Many mums wanted to know how they would do the same so in 2022 she developed her award-winning journaling workshops.  I was very fortunate to attend one of Renee’s first in person workshops and can’t rate them highly enough.
