This is a podcast about uncovering the uncomfortable truth as a means to experience more joy, peace, and happiness. I was a depressed, cynical, angry, and unforgiving person. Through the guidance of others, I overcame a miserable existence. It is my hope to help others find a path out of the darkness and into the light.

Great podcast

Carl’s podcast is sensitive, insightful and maybe makes you a little uncomfortable sometimes. He wants you reflect on yourself and what is holding you back or completely suffocating you. I like that they are not too long and not preachy at all. And Carl has a very relaxing and pleasant voice that carries you through the time like it is nothing. You will learn something about yourself in this podcast and come out better for it.

The voice inside my head.

Carl’s voice the the voice that I want to hear in my head. Enjoyed my conversation with home and if you get a chance take a deep dive. You will not regret what this simple man can actually do for your soul.

Just what I needed

Was looking for something with a meditation theme. Small bites that keep you centered and bring you back to core concepts. Carl is super chill, & you gotta love the raspy voice. The fact that he’s a yoga teacher makes this all the more better!
