How Embracing The Unexpected Can Change Your Life

Today, I share my experience on how unexpected life changes coupled with intentional choices led me to California. The transition from Texas to Orange County was NOT easy. And yet, it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Thank you to my momma for all her support throughout college and post-grad. Life is a maze that is a joy to get lost in. Have fun. As human beings, I believe interpersonal relationships are vital to our ability to create meaningful lives; furthermore, scientifically, those with positive relationships experience increased mental health outcomes. In this episode, I talk about how my deep friendships have influenced my personal growth and ability to love on a platonic level. We all deserve to be seen and heard in our most authentic form. The people in my life have provided that space for me, and I am forever thankful.
