    On this episode of Compete with the Stack we are joined by Coach Ty Gower. As a base 3-4 tite front guy, Coach Gower stumbled into the 3 high when preparing for a deep run in the playoffs. The tite front that he bases out of allows some alignment and fits with LB and secondary to give offenses trouble and great angles for the defense.
