    Introduction of Coach Sims. "Stay Low"

    This episode I will share to listeners my passion for developing athletes in my area. My main reason of doing this is to chronologically talk my sister through training my nephew and the world is welcome to come along for the ride through this journey! Teaching kids to stay low through contact with their head up is the key to safety in contact sports. Staying low helps you cut more efficiently as an athlete.
