Useful Coaching Debates in Podcast Form!

Coaches tend to excel at looking at things differently. And yet, I sometimes don’t hear healthy debate in the online coaching world (to be fair, the world seems to have overall lost the ability for healthy debate).

Which is why I really appreciate Joel and how the Coaches Rising podcast. This podcast is willing to engage in healthy debates that can further the coaching industry to make a greater impact in the world and the world we need to create at this time.

I also love the diversity of guests and theorists as hearing things from different backgrounds helps us see the overlapping truths, different ways of looking at those same truths, and also identify new edges of interest for us as coaches to deepen our skills and impact.
