    Negative emotions from the past and limiting beliefs can hold us back, preventing us from having the now and the future that we want for ourselves and those around us. Indeed, they can be so powerful that they prevent us from seeing opportunities and choices, reducing our reality and stopping us from achieving more.



    Time Line Therapy™ is a technique for resolving the negative emotions from the past which are affecting our present and future, and releasing limiting decisions which we have adopted at any time. The process works with what our unconscious mind does almost all of the time; processing events and emotions, and then storing them separately. Only be reliving those painful memories do we keep the event and the emotion together, impeding their resolution and stopping us from learning from what happened.

    In this episode I talk about the very real turmoil, for some, of the mid-life crisis. It really is a thing which some don't experience at all, while others go through serious distress and confusion. I therefore explore some of the ways of exploring all that's going on, learning to take stock, and work out what's working and what could be working better. It's then about deciding next steps, which includes the possibility of changing everything and the possibility of changing nothing now with at least an understand of what the future can hold.
