    EPISODE 9 WHAT IS LOVE?

    Episode 9 Show Notes This episode is allllll about love and the One who loved us first! Happy Valentines to our listeners! White Chocolate Blueberry/Raspberry Cookies 4 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 large egg (yard eggs recommended but not required) 1/2 tsp vanilla TWO 7 oz boxes Jiffy blueberry or raspberry muffin mix (jiffy is the best but it's hard to find so any brand muffin mix will work. {Don't forget it calls for 2 of these.} 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 cup white chocolate chips Cream the cream cheese, shortening, and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients leaving the chocolate chips for last. Fold those in and spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10-14 minutes.
