Shannon was a sweet little girl, who loved with her whole heart. If she were alive today, she most certainly would have remained the bright light that she was in her short life. Her killer is still free and most certainly is anything but a bright light. Someone knows who he is...we hope to weed through all of the "truths" surrounding her unsolved murder to find her killer. It's going to be a bumpy ride, but I have no doubt that the cold truth will bring about justice for Shannon!

Shannon Paulk was abducted on 8/16/01 from her Candlestick neighborhood in Prattville, Alabama (Autauga Co). Her remains were found on 10/6/01 by hunters, on a rural hunting preserve in Autauga County. She was only 11 when she was murdered by an unknown suspect. Join us as we weave are way through the rumors and speculation, to find the Cold Truth.

Nicole Lynn Bowen was murdered by four perpetrators and a fifth after the fact, on March 29th, 2019, in Kentland, IN (Newton County).
Nicole was absolutely stunning mother or two young boys. She had an old soul and a voice to match. She felt deeply, as is often the case with these very special humans she turned to drugs to numb her pain. She was trying to overcome her demons just before her tortuous planned murder. Garett Kenneth Kirts, Ashley Garth, Talitha Beckley, Jasmine Parker, and Christopher Mathis are the trash that ended her life. Garett just pled guilty to murder and will be sentenced this coming January. Jasmine Parker took a plea of 1 year and 4 as a habitual offender. Talitha Beckley will decide next month whether she will except her plea or go to trial, same with Ashley Garth. Ash is charged with murder and conspiring to commit premeditated murder. Christopher Mathis pled guilty and was released the day of his sentencing with time served...he immediately reoffended 2 weeks after his release. Do Better Indiana!
Nicole's sweet family have been through hell in the last year and half with little hope for a quick ending anytime soon. I have grown to love them and have learned SO much from these amazing humans who have faced 5 devils and still find a way to keep goodness and love first.

Charles Ray Hanish was a 49 year old, Indiana native, who lived in Reynolds at the time of his death on 3-13-2019. Allegedly, Garett Kirts has admitted to killing Ray, claiming it was an “accident”. I find that hard to believe due to the many “accidents” this defendant has claimed, yet later been proven intentional. There are no charges as of now, one year later, in Ray’s homicide. Kirts is being prosecuted for an alleged strangulation charge in Carroll County and an alleged murder charge in Newton County-Nicole Lynn Bowen. Kirts first said this murder was an “accident”, just a girl fight gone wrong, that got out of hand...Could he be lying about what happened to Ray as well? Should the word of a known liar be trusted?
