    Sweating isn't the right way to judge one's progress during a workout session, despite the common beliefs. This episode explains the why behind it. One doesn’t need to workout to know or feel that working out is a salient feature of a healthy lifestyle. And with the year 2020, most have has been pushed towards a healthier lifestyle, often including exercising. All the many benefits of working out is pushing a lot of people towards the gym or their yoga mat, or maybe even the ground. It is difficult to keep up with workouts, due to lazy days, busy days, and tiring days, you just sometimes run away from the idea of running. If you need motivation or want to get more myths like this busted, look out for the future episodes.

    Communication is important for a species as social as ours. And though we all can be proud about being the only known species with ability to communicate with others with language, we are not that good at communicating either. Communication includes both speaking AND listening. All of us makes many mistakes in being a part of a conversation. Listen to this episode and make sure that you master the skill that is listening.     #3 Consistency: Knowing your why.

    People seek motivation to be consistent. But the biggest and most common mistake is to seek motivation externally. When in reality, the real motivation is within us, the reasons why we want to pursue what we want to pursue. When you know your why, why you do what you do, why you want to do what you wish to do, you have an immortal source of motivation right there. And with something like that, is consistency even intentional anymore?
