    What are your work values? (why they matter + how to identify them) I have to be honest here. I didn’t know that businesses had values until I sat down to write my first business plan. Prior to starting Color Resale I thought values were personal. Even when I read more about workplace values I still thought it was silly to implement when my business was just me (+ Eena, of course). So why do business values matter (even for ‘soloprenuers’)? What do they practically do? Business values - Determine what’s important Guide our actions & decision making process Clearly convey your company identity to customers Transform your work into a purpose driven business Add authenticity Give branding, marketing, and customer service a cohesive and heartfelt core. Are what propels every action, step and possibility Help with work relationships. Ex: postal workers, peers on IG, bank tellers, who ever else you interact with.
