Review the New Testament lessons as outlined in the church manual. I will point out the similarities and differences in the Latter-day Saint interpretation of certain verses and passages. The lesson outlines are pretty general, so the manual recommends that Sunday School Teachers and families use additional resources like: Church Magazines (New Era, Ensign, and Liahona); Hymns; Media library (Artwork, videos); Seminary and Institute Manuals; General Conference addresses; Gospel Topic Essays; Preach My Gospel (guide for missionaries). Most of these resources can be found in the Gospel Library app and on LDS.org. So, I will refer to these resources as well.
In these podcasts, I will touch on New Testament verses that are unique to Mormonism in comparison to traditional Christianity. It will be up to you to determine if the doctrine taught in the New Testament over the years by the L.D.S. Church is from God or man. Jesus or Joseph Smith.

👎🏻

I am not LDS. One of my greatest passions is for the Latter Day Saints people to embrace the true Jesus.
I find some of this podcast to be out of line with biblical Christianity.( For example Hyper-preterism and modalism. )

I do not recommend this podcast for Christians learning about Mormonism or Latter Day Saints
Learning about biblical Christianity

I’m Confused

Why all of the effort to follow the LDS curriculum in a sole effort to pontificate erroneous interpretation of the Bible, all the while making extreme coincidental connections to the LDS faith? Am I missing something? Who has this kind of time? And why coordinate with Come Follow Me if you don’t “follow” Apostles and Prophets? Am I suppose to follow you now? You need clearer Judaic interpretation of the literature because your intent to destroy the LDS faith is clouding your ability to interpret the true meanings of the NT.

Must be a sad life

Why go through another religions manual and teach why they are wrong? Christ didn’t concern himself with anything but teaching the eternal truths. His dissenters were the ones that tried to disprove Him, so it’s sad that this podcast follows the Pharisees methods. Hope the gentleman gets enough satisfaction out of negativity.
