The intrepid crew of the U.S.S. Beautiful Majesty is tasked with traveling the far reaches of the galaxy in search of new friends, old enemies, and democracy-ready civilizations. When communication is reestablished with a long lost human colony on a planet devoid of technology, the brave Capt. Spencer Wonderboy must reopen diplomatic relations. Meanwhile Lt. "Chainsmoking Johnny" reopens diplomatic relations of his own with an old habit he thought he kicked, and the evil Dr. Mephisto Bradley has designs of his own for the starship and its crew.
