Comic Issues Podcast

I am a big fan of this show! I like the very conversational tone it sets, just like listening to your friends talk about fun topics. I also like it because the over scripted geek broadcasts sound forced and sterile. This group is great at keeping it light and real. I am a female manager of a comic book store and I point my customers to this podcast for a fun, informative peek into the geek. It's a great listen from some awesome guys and gals are actually into geek culture because they love it. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

This is an awesome podcast with four guys talking about everything geeky under the sun. I especially like it because they are real geeks-not hipster geeks. I wish they had a geek-girl on there even every once in a while to get a little bit of female perspective, but that is my only complaint. ( I would love to nominate myself, but I don't live in San Diego)

Chris Gore's highlight reel podcrash had me so pumped to listen to this show. Sadly, it seems Chris Gore bumped the wow factor. The other episodes I've listened to are lack luster. Here's a little nugget of help for the pod casters, get all members of your ensemble a frickin microphone! I can't stand having to really listen when the dude you have in the corner unmic'd speaks. Decent premises for a show but production needs to get better.
