The Dallas Cowboys are rumored to be interested in a big move up the board for a pass rusher and it could shake up the entire top of the draft. The Kansas City Chiefs also have the ammo to make a move up and could also be targeting a pass rusher to help get them back into contention. The Miami Dolphins have a plethora of draft assets in the next few years, so they may be tempted to make a splash, but with a former Packer exec as the new general manager, it would be more likely for the Dolphins to stand pat or even trade down. The New York Jets could also be a team to watch for a move up from pick 16, but they are another team that needs to continue hoarding assets even if they are stocked already.
