Real Recognize Real
Real Recognize Real is a powerful meaning, not just a phrase, and it’s an intentional act, authenticity, and the experience, struggle, and love we have for each other.
Angela Davis said, "I'm no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I'm changing the things I cannot accept." - We can’t change people, but we have the power and key to change the things that we cannot accept.

Breaking Through The Noise
Don’t allow the noise to distract you from moving. Learn how to break away from the noise, and just listen.
We can’t hear if we are focused on what everyone else is saying, and doing, we have to be intentional about the art of noise cancelling, and trusting our own voice. Many will have their opinions on who you are, who you’re supposed to be, and what you’re supposed to do, but focus on you and your purpose. -
Lingering Trauma
Lingering trauma is a traumatic event or series of events that continue to impact a person's life long after the initial traumatic experience has ended.
Trauma can stem from a variety of experiences such as physical, mental or emotional situations that can cause a severe impact on a person.
Everyone’s different and some can process trauma and move forward without an effect in their life, but for some, the impact can be long-lasting and have a significant impact on their emotional, mental and physical well-being and daily functioning.
One thing that's important to understand about lingering trauma is that it's not something that just goes away on its own and we have to take the time to go through our process and on our own timing. Don’t allow anyone to force you to process trauma for their comfort and at your expense. Don’t ignore your traumatic experiences or suppress your emotions, thinking that blocking it out is an easy and quick to help them to move on. Accept, acknowledge and analyze your feelings and allow yourself to feel. Grief is traumatic and it’s okay to grieve in your own way and process within your own timing. -
Self-love Power
Self-love is significant to our internal and exterior growth, because it motivates us to keep pouring into ourselves and encourages us to continue doing greater without apology. Self-love empowers us to take risks and to say no to things that don't work for us or in our best interests. It's a key component to building self-compassion, and self awareness. We have to remember while instilling self-love into ourselves, teh people in our lives, especially our children require these same morals and techniques.
The power of self-love is so telling and our children require and need it for their future.
