Commitment

While I spent the earlier half of this episode discussing diet and exercise, a spark was set off talking about commitment.  This topic is discussed heavily in the latter portion of the podcast and why commitment is important to improving your mindset, physical body, and life.  Commitment to diet and exercise have extremely good benefits and are discussed in this episode.  This podcast is presented in collaboration with the Audio Production II class in the School of Media and Journalism at Arkansas State University.
