    Living Life to the Fullest

    After meeting Leanda at World Championships Powerlifting, we knew further conversations had to happen. As a woman who has been plagued with illness she has a zeal for life many may never understand. The number of times that her doctors have told her she is done and she kept going is unreal. And not just living everyday, but breaking world records in Olympic weightlifting and competing in at world powerlifting.     Mental Health, Diagnosis, and Being Human

    Laeticia, better known as Lae, is an online peer supporter who has been voluntarily working in a Discord support server for youth named Kendra Kat Foundation for over 4 years, and she used to spend 3 years helping out in another support server for teenagers as a minor before that.
