Update: I’m updating my review to say that I LOVE the rebrand. I’m so excited for what Conjuring Up Courage has in store for us. Thanks, Shohreh, for keeping it real and authentic always.
Solid podcast that tackles some tough subjects with equally helpful and lighthearted takes. Would recommend.
This is a great podcast!
First off Shohreh is amazing! She is candid, she is real, she calls it as it as it is. On her podcast she dives into areas of health and wellness that many of them I for one never thought of because I was so stuck in the diet culture box. I’ve had a lot of “aha” moments listening to her podcast, like “oh that’s why that feels so crappy, that makes sense now” about stuff I had always taken as just a part of being the person I am or being in the culture I live in. She provides a space to challenge what’s become the norm which gives more space for anyone and everyone to be and experience who they are. Keep up the amazing work Shohreh, you really are changing peoples lives, I know this because you’ve changed mine.
A breath of fresh air
I live the way Shohreh turns things upside down and inside out as she explores all things health and wellness.
