    #32 Cómo decir que no manteniendo la conexión con nuestros hijos

    Send us a text Decir que no puede ser una de las cosas que más ruptura genere en una relación, incluso en la que tenemos con nuestros hijos. Pero, ¿qué pasa cuando es justamente nuestra responsabilidad decir que no una y otra vez? Los límites son tan necesarios como la conexión en la crianza consciente. Si no sabemos ponerlos de forma clara, amorosa y conectada, pueden traer resultados negativos: distancia, resentimiento y una relación frágil. Decir “no” puede ser uno de los mayores retos de la crianza, especialmente cuando queremos educar desde la empatía y el respeto. Muchas veces aparece la culpa, el miedo a herir sus sentimientos o a que nos rechacen. Pero establecer límites claros es una de las mayores demostraciones de amor y seguridad que podemos darles a nuestros hijos.     #32 How to say no without losing connection with your kids

But what happens when it’s actually our responsibility to say no again and again? Boundaries are just as necessary as connection in conscious parenting. If we don’t know how to set them clearly, lovingly, and with connection, they can lead to negative results: distance, resentment, and fragile relationships. In this episode, I’ll share why learning to say no is essential for parenting with connection and I’ll give you 5 practical ideas for setting limits while staying connected.  We’ll talk about how to say no without breaking the bond, how to hold space for your child’s frustration, and how to maintain boundaries with calm, empathy, and firmness.
