Uncovering Dreams: An ADHD Coach's Journey to Self-Discovery and Empowerment

In this podcast episode Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation with friend Megs, an ADHD coach, professional organizer, podcaster, and mom, about how joining their “connection accelerator” (a support group for pursuing dreams) helped her navigate major life changes. Megs recounts moving from Colorado to Massachusetts, living in Airbnbs, finding a furnished rental through a Facebook request, and reframing her money dream into trusting her work and value. She shares current Living Intentions or dreams that she reads out loud daily to focus on nervous-system-supportive relationships, confident communication of how she helps others, building a restful abundant life, caring for mind and body, and being present with her children. Megs explains practices that keep her grounded—pausing, noticing self-talk patterns, meeting basic needs, best-case-scenario thinking, journaling, and external processing—drawing on past work with weight loss surgery, sobriety, and leaving corporate life to build her business. The episode closes with a recommendation to join the March Dream Nudge Challenge experience to get one of your dreams moving forward. Dream Nudge to Reality: Breaking Cycles and Empowering Women with Coach Kelly

In this podcast episode Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation with Kelly, a Connection Accelerator participant, about how the weekly conscious connection circle supports members in moving three “living intentions” forward through group accountability, a text thread, and “bat signal” emojis. Kelly shares how her initial fear-based, money-focused goal evolved into financial freedom and ease, grounded power and purpose guided by kindness, and clarity with bravery to pursue what she wants. She describes her coaching evolution from helping women escape toxic situations to being a “cycle breaker,” including an example of helping a client process anger and take responsibility for choices. Kelly discusses reframing people-pleasing as a superpower and her work mentoring, networking, and LinkedIn support. She is writing a book inspired by toxic agency experiences that pushed her into coaching. Together they discuss women’s leadership shifts, inner circles, and announce a Dream Nudge Challenge . Finding Humanity Amidst Crisis : Navigating Life Chaos with Living Intentions Feb and March

In this podcast episode Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation reviewing February progress on their 2026 living intentions and set March plans. Tara describes a month dominated by family illness and her daughter’s birthday activities, leaving her feeling in survival mode; despite this, she reports financial wins from working more, paying down debt faster, avoiding credit spending, and resisting food delivery by deleting the app, plus small home-organization progress and less nightly TV. Tara struggles most with her health choices, describing eating and “trigger foods,” and considers an experiment focusing on whole foods and avoiding highly processed foods in March while also catching up on home projects before spring-break guests. Mare says February went well for prioritizing wellbeing through nutrition and earlier sleep, and chooses March to “reprogram” her “judgment dragons” amid being rattled by America going to war, focusing daily on what is working, contributing through anonymous acts like free little libraries, and noticing examples of “humanity working,” including a story about a children’s audiobook narrator reading to foster kids. Building a Lifestyle Business with Emily: How Connection Accelerators Transform Dreams

In this episode Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation with Emily, a participant in a Connection Accelerator, described as a weekly Conscious Connection Circle where people share dreams (living intentions), receive support, and witness others’ progress. Emily explains she joined after participating in Mare’s Dream Nudge Challenge, expecting accountability and focus, and saw her dreams evolve from surface-level abundance goals into clearer intentions such as “I’m showing up in my life as my number $1 billion client… now I rest and receive more from the universe with ease.” She shares how the circle helped her set standards, say no, navigate “judgment dragons,” ask for “healthy help,” and integrate business growth with motherhood while avoiding burnout. Emily reframes her work from sales coaching to helping clients build lifestyle businesses. Mare shares how Emily’s coaching helped her generate revenue. Emily recommends the program as fuel to revive and expand dreams, and described the podcast as an invitation and accountability for dream-focused growth. 1.  What is a Conscious Conversation?: Learn more here: https://www.connectionproject360.com/2. Decoding Life's Metaphors: Signs, Intuition, and The Cheesecake Factory Experience

In this podcast episode, Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation with international best selling author Peter J. Hughes (At-One-Ment: Reclaiming Our Humanity). Together they discuss a card from Hughes's 52-card deck: "Pay attention to the basic signs,” using the example of making complete stops at stop signs as practice for noticing and honoring both obvious and subtle life guidance. Tara reflects on a prior incident where she was reported for rolling through a stop sign and connects the topic to her daughter obtaining her driver’s permit, then explores how she often avoids uncomfortable or unfamiliar “signs,” especially around health and wellness, until they become louder. Mare shares how current U.S. political and social events prompt her to ask what situations are trying to show her, to focus on what is working, and to choose how she wants to show up rather than feeding fear. Peter offers a metaphor of being like Noah on the ark—signs were present long before the “flood”—and emphasizes staying in one’s lane, not getting lost in distraction, and contributing to humanity by taking organized action with groups. He recounts an example from Minneapolis where citizens both protest outside an ICE facility and support released detainees with coats, food, phones, and rides, highlighting “the best of humanity” emerging amid the crisis. This Conscious Conversation also addresses separating messengers from messages, not surrendering power to external influences, and the idea of being “colleagues, not followers.” The episode closes with reflections on choosing hope (including Mare’s upcoming puppy), using contrast to choose again, and a shared Cheesecake Factory metaphor about reacting to one disappointment by dismissing everything good, reinforcing the episode’s theme of noticing signs and responding consciously. Conscious Conversations: Harnessing the Energy of the Fire Horse Year

In this podcast episode Tara and Mare have a Conscious Conversation on the eve of the 2026 Chinese New Year, described as the year of the Fire Horse and a collective "one year' of new beginings. They discuss that a Fire Horse year is expected to be fast-paced, intense energy and it is “not for the faint of heart,” emphasizing how the first six weeks of 2026 the world already feels chaotic and how important connection and community are during bumpy times. On a personal level, they explore turning intention into action, including the idea of having many “living intentions” rather than one, and how speaking intentions aloud with others increases awareness and movement. Tara shares insights from reading “The Mountain Is You” by Brianna Wiest about self-sabotage, identifying patterns like busyness, overworking, spending too much money, perfectionism, and emotional cues such as guilt, anger, and resentment. A concrete example focuses on sabotaging a health journey by staying overly busy and repeatedly talking themselves out of daily health actions, highlighting that both staying the same and changing are uncomfortable, and framing progress as choosing the discomfort that leads to growth. They discuss practical, personalized strategies to reduce resistance and external noise (especially around health/wellness), such as using a crockpot, batch grilling, freezing leftovers, and preparing simple meals to support wellbeing within real constraints like time, budget, and access to groceries. They tie these ideas back to the fire horse theme—getting out of talk and into action individually and collectively—and frame the holiday as an opportunity to pause, express gratitude for the prior year, welcome the new year’s energy, and recommit to showing up as the version of oneself one wants to be. They invite listeners who lack clarity to start by writing a list of 50 things they want in life or explore offerings from Connection Project 360, and they close with Happy Chinese New Year and encouragement to “just start.” 1.  What is a Conscious Conversation?: Learn more here:https://www.connectionproject360.com/2.
