    9 // Navigating Social Media in 2023

    Wrapping up Season 1 in todays episode #9. In numerology 9 = completion/ a cycle ending, so I had to ;-) I wanted to bring to light both the negative and positive aspects of social media. Social Media hasn’t always been nice, and neither have I. Growing up in a world where we are constantly comparing ourselves to others I want to remind you it doesn’t have to be that way! We don’t have to be that way. Social media is a tool and we need to use it as such! It can be a beautiful place for self expression and connection. The only way I can move forward and step into my power is by living authentically in my truth. My past does not define me, but it makes me who I am today. I hope you enjoy the mess of my mind while I continue to break free from the lasting effects of my addiction.

    In todays episode I decided to chat with y’all about something that is very hard for me to do. After spending the last two days in the back country of Tahoe National Forest I’ve received many downloads— and one of them being “It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey.” We’re always worrying about the future or reminiscing of the past but when do we get to sit with ourselves and just be? Hardly ever, but it’s a practice we all need to incorporate into daily life. When we ‘attend to this rising moment’ we are meeting ourselves in this instant — in our most authentic form.
