    In this episode, Jonathan has revisits a conversation around body image. We invited back Nicole and Wendy to help navigate this conversation.     In this episode, we bring together a group of power women to have an open conversation around sisterhood. I recently have been navigating the waters of what it means to be a Latinx gay male in 2020 and how masculinity plays a role in my reality. On the flip side, an experience I will never go through is that of being a female and navigating sisterhood complexities. We open today's conversation by dissecting what sisterhood is and how it has shown up in our guests' lives. We hope you stay till the end to get our final aha moments. This group of sisters shines a light on both the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to other female tribe members.

    01.09 Social Trauma- Body Image pt.1

    In this episode, Jonathan has a conversation with the tribe about body image. We dive into topics like social pressure, our saboteur, which influences our perception of the right body. It’s not a new topic but it is something that has shown up recently as marketing relies on social media to continue to impact the confidence of many girls and boys. We have tribe members that have a passion for fitness, psychology, trauma and triggers, behavior analysis, and human resources. The purpose is to have an open discussion and exploration- and we are happy to have an extra seat for you.

    In this episode, Jonathan brings together a politically involved bunch. We wanted to discuss their origin stories and asking them to reflect on the Trump administration. It's quite hard to believe but we are almost done surviving four years of trump. During our episode, I ask our guests about specific trump administration guidelines, divisions, and how they see that impact them. Pay close attention to the diverse group of people who share experiences that have allowed them to find importance in political, social, and civic awareness. We will talk about women’s rights, black lives matter, and children in cages and shine a light on the importance of advocacy.

    01.05 Nostalgia- Is This Recording?

    In this episode, Jonathan takes a break, lets his hair down, and sits with his good Judies. His friend Alfred and Nancy stop by and hang out to spill some tea. These gaggles of people came into my life during the time we lived in Los Angeles - specifically Montebello. We introduce Alfred the non-binary queen of the ball and we also have nancy the sassy sales associate of a reputable clothing store. Trust me… by listening in and laughing with us you will get a better understanding behind the mind of Jonathan Storm. Going down memory lane allows one to reflect, see milestones, and celebrate change. Sometimes nostalgia is healthy and inspiring. You will find yourself laughing with us more than you’d expect.

    1.4 Reflection- The Birds and The Bees: Pride Edition

    In this episode Jonathan downloads the consciousness of his LGBTQ+ tribe members. We take advantage of pride month to show our sassy sides and discuss sexuality in America and the stigmas around it. We are all proud to have found ourselves but the journey was not easy. We will dive into our past experiences and explore systemic, cultural pressures put on us to distract from asking about sexuality. We travel to other parts of the world and understand how they are using the education system to break the stigma and finally discuss how toxic masculinity plays a part in gay and queer culture.
