    How To Love Yourself

    To love oneself one must first get to know oneself. Spending time with yourself, your thoughts, and feelings instead of just cruising by, through life as if you don't matter. There comes a time in our lives when we must realize that we are a person with wants and needs, and getting to know what those are, and respecting those no matter how hard it is to do so is essential for having a fulfilling life. A life where no matter what happens, good or bad, you can be there for yourself in the ways you need. You have to acknowledge your existence for yourself just like you do when you think of who you can be for others. You matter just as much as everyone else, and taking care of yourself first isn't selfish, but essential.

And if you ever feel like things will never get better, like maybe you’re the problem or perhaps even hard to love I beg you, listen to this. We are all human and feel like this from time to time, you’re not the only one, and just like everyone else; you’re wrong, well at least those negative thoughts are. You ARE deserving, you are great here and now, you’re going to be okay, and it’s okay to feel sad or update, let those emotions ride out, don’t judge or put them away.     Stop Leaving Yourself Behind

    A refreshing and enlightening conversation with my good friend Bri’s mom, at first I recorded it for myself to listen to every time I started doubting myself but I figured everyone needs and deserves a pep talk like this from time to time! So I hope ya’ll enjoy it as much as I did ❤️‍🔥 Key Points: What is for you will always be for you, no one can take that away from you! No if ands or buts, you have to let go of everything that causes you stress. Life’s too short and you deserve to enjoy every single moment of it. You matter most, you can’t help anyone unless you’ve helped yourself first. You have to be good first! It’s not being selfish, you matter. No one’s gonna take care of you but you it’s up to you! You create your reality, you’re in control. Good friends exist, you’re proof of it, so don’t settle for friends that treat you like sh*t. Being a people pleaser will be the end of you. If your back isn’t erect, you won’t get respect. You must respect yourself first if you want others to follow suit. If you pursue your dreams there is no way you’ll fail unless YOU stop.     How to Manifest The Life You Want

    Law of attraction is very real, and all it takes is you desires and your unwillingness to get anything BUT what you want. No matter what gets in your way, you don’t lose your will power, nor your faith, because you know deep in you that the universe got you blessed. The trials and tribulations are nothing but a silly test that you can pass if only you remain focused on what it really is that you want. Tunnel vision is important, sometimes being “delusional” and focusing on something other than your reality is the only way to bring about wealth.     Jealousy is blocking your blessings. Confidence comes from positive action, breaking bad habits, keeping your own promises, respecting your own boundaries and not letting anyone cross them, not even yourself. Gratitude is key to a happy life. In this moment you have everything you need to do what your soul desires, don’t wait for “the right moment” “the right equipment” “the right people” those things don’t matter nearly as much as having the right mentality and willpower to push through to your goals no matter how many people try to make you stop. No one’s going to chase your dreams more than you will, and no one will care until you do. In this episode I also briefly discuss the basics in shifting your reality with thoughts + feelings, with heart coherence and the right vibrations /frequency. Simplest and most efficient way to manifest daily. How to be self aware not let your mind bully you, instead you guide her to peace. Tunnel vision is the only way to fast and steady success. You should only focus on the things that benefit you, the things that aid to your goals, NOT the ones that distract you. The story of job; god blesses those who have faith and persevere. Most people will try to dim your light, is your duty to protect it. Because god is waiting for you to share it with the world, instead of let it rot on some dark corner of your room. Happiness is your birth right and you can be happy today by simply finding, keeping, and protecting your peace. Focus on the present, as long as you’re okay today you’ll be okay forever. No one can tell you who you are, what you like or need, or what you should do with your life but YOU. You’re in control of everything around you, things happen for you, and even if you don’t notice it right away; the universe is on your side. Dare to be yourself, no matter who or what walks away, because what’s truly for you will never leave you.

    Validate Yourself

    Get to know yourself | BE yourself! Spend time with yourself, Sit with yourself, EVEN when it’s uncomfortable. Because if you keep ignoring yourself, your soul, your inner child, and mission… you will never be happy! No matter what “worldly” success you gain, it’ll always feel like something is MISSING; love for yourself. Loving yourself as a whole, even the “dark” parts of you, is the biggest challenge for humanity, and the most beautiful one to accomplish (in my humble opinion). Because when you love yourself, you’re able, not only to love the world, but also accept only love from the world. Create the butterfly effect of genuine love, by loving yourself whole. Self doubt is corny, detrimental, and literally made up. Living in pain isn’t mandatory. Your outside reality is a reflection of what’s inside you (the things you chose to focus on). You get what you PAY attention to. Are you blocking your blessings by the curses or cursed people you allow in your life? If you want to get rid of a curse, stop believing in it. I also talk about: How to connect with yourself, reshape your subconscious, and remove any and all blockages. Homework: look more into the twelve jewels, practice self compassion when you’re feeling down and you’ll see how slowly but surely you’ll heal your little heart. Trust me when I say this: happiness isn’t a myth.
