Conscious

Whatsup people, my name is Ivar Bouw and I am the host of the Conscious Podcast.  In this podcast I highlight the importance of being conscious in life, about the big and the little things. In order to learn and grow I challenge the conventional ‘zombie’ way of life and aim to dissect every dynamic of life consciously.  While i do not claim to know everything (or anything), i do think that a conscious attitude is imperative for a way of life that sets you up for growth, within yourself and towards others.  I would love to invite you to join my journey!
