Chad leads the co-op’s safety department, which focuses on training for all employees and maintaining a safe work environment. He has spent a career in co-ops, starting as a meter reader, journeyman lineman, trainer and safety professional. Chris Walker, TVEC Energy Management Supervisor. Chris heads up the energy management team, tasked with helping members save energy, along with distributed generation programs like residential solar installations. energymanagement@tvec.coop Jennifer Miller, Director/Manager of Humane Society of Cedar Creek Lake. HSCCL provides animal services for several area cities. Dustin Tallant TVEC Business and Economic Development Supervisor. With a 24 year career at TVEC already under his belt, Dustin bridges the technical and communications sides of the co-op. His department helps prepare for new businesses and residential development, as well as maintaining relationships with large businesses, key accounts, government officials and critical load customers. Trevis Croft, Safety and Loss Control Coordinator. Trevis has some 40 years of experience at all levels of power line work, with most of that in the world of electric distribution cooperatives. At TVEC his role primarily involves employee safety and lineman training programs. Rod Boyce, Director of Bands for Terrell ISD. Along with leading the music programs at Terrell ISD, Mr. Boyce also composes and arranges music for marching band. His bands have received numerous awards and accolades.
