Great guests who dive deep on good topics!

Listened to episode “Evolution of Consolidation in the Vet Sector”. Enjoy the humor and banter between you two! Great chemistry and timing. In this pod, we are joined by Richard Blann. Learned a lot about the veterinary domain.

Burnout and career satisfaction are big topics and should be talked about more often. You provide great questions that dig deep and give more insight. Richard is so thorough when answering.

Would recommend this podcast to anyone interested in all things surrounding the market for veterinary businesses.

This Podcast is a Breath of Fresh Air! ✨

I listened to the “Outlook for the future: evolution for consolidation” episode and it was quite intriguing! Before listening, I didn’t know or pay much attention to the veterinary industry. I was completely unaware of how demanding the field can be as well as how ignored the burnout rates are. However, I love how professional, calm, clear, and short this podcast is! It is highly informative and I left this podcast feeling aware of the issues and well informed! It was also interesting to learn that consolidators are actively working to create platforms to appease the issue of burnout which also can help at the same time, to grow these practices. Learning more about this topic as well as your theses, was a blessing. The conversations flowed effortlessly and this podcast is a breath of fresh air in all! I would HIGHLY recommend this podcast!!✨They did a great job of keeping the audience engaged while still dropping an abundance of gems/information! PLEASE KEEP POSTING!!!

A Great Podcast for Veterinary Professionals!

If you are interested in the business side of the veterinary world, this podcast is for you. I listened to Ep 25, where hosts Ryan Leech and Dr. Ivan Zak interviewed the CEO of CityVet, David Boguslawski. This fairly concise, but impactful, episode discusses David's career path in the veterinary field and both Ryan and Dr. Zak are engaging and thoughtful hosts/interviewers. I especially liked the insightful questions about CityVet’s business model, which is clearly rooted in the positive support and development of the company’s veterinary partners. I also appreciated practical questions like the software and books that David recommends. I highly suggest this for any vet professional who looks to grow their business!
