Constellations

Constellations is a deeply real and emotional podcast, told through the experiences and observations of an extremely empathetic voice that’s determined to guide us through the galaxies of life and mental health. It’s humor, drama, and advice wrapped up in a nebula of honesty. And though the podcaster himself remains anonymous, we as listeners get to know him on a very deep and personal level. In terms of content, this podcast can be tough to get through, because there are no punches pulled when talking about the difficulty of dealing with life through the haze of depression and anxiety. But it’s refreshing to hear these things, thoughts that I’ve had myself, articulated in such a beautiful way. This podcast is one of my favorite things to listen to in order to feel that I’m not alone in my struggle. And it’s an honor to be able to listen to someone who has the courage to be able to articulate some of the darkest moments in his life. It inspires me to face the worst in my life with the same kind of grace as the narrator does. If you struggle with mental illness of any kind, or suspect someone in your life does, I absolutely recommend this podcast. There might be a constellation out there for you.
