Consumed for good is a podcast about an everyday couple attempting to be healthy in a conscious way. With success using keto to lose weight, we quickly realized that consuming food in that way had a large impact on the environment.     Welcome to Consumed for good. We are excited to bring our take on combining Plant-based eating and the Keto Diet. With success using keto to lose weight, we quickly realized that consuming food in that way had a significant impact on the environment. So, we embarked on this journey of a plant-inspired keto diet to make a substantial impact on our health and reduce our impact on the environment. This week we talk about the thing we miss over the holidays and how we plan on adapting to this new diet. Hosted by: Emily: Education is her thing. Former teacher, current CEO of an education nonprofit, and always looking to learn more herself. Still on the hunt for a low carb dessert recipe and consistently trying to find ways to get more carbs in her macros! And Billy: A Dinosaur enthusiast that just wants to eat more like his favorite herbivore. He is currently working on leveling up his cooking and baking skills. At the end of the day, the main goal of waking up every day is to eat better and do the best possible for the environment, so dinosaur history doesn't repeat its self.
