    Dr Tracy is a the Feminine Boss Academy Founder and she helps women from all walks of life on their journey to true self-love. Through her program "Reclaiming Me" she walks with women coming out of narcissistic abuse situations, helps them make sense of what has happened, and how to move forward and thrive in life. Dr Tracy joins Dan to talk about her new book "Narctionary" which brings together all the "lingo" that is used in the Narcissistic recovery world and is an amazing tool for people who are trying to make sense of what has happened to them. She uses this in her programs and her work with people and finds it is amazingly helpful for people to use this shorthand to explain what is going on for them.
