Thank U
I’m overwhelmed by your knowledge and presence with such difficult topics. I am a trauma/SA/SRA survivor and love your heart for mental health issues. What an incredible way to bring awareness, compassion and healing to the world. I was having babies when you started out and was familiar with popular Alanis songs.
I always connected deeply to them, and now I completely understand why. I have spent the past 4 months learning about this side of you, not necessarily the music(which is amazing). However, songs like, Hands Clean, struck deeply with me. I am coming to see you in Palm Springs, and I’m thrilled to “meet” this woman, who to me is much more than a “famous singer”.
Thank you for your honesty, compassion, love and teachings. What a blessing!!
What a joy
What a joy to see this podcast come back after many years. I’m a 90’s kid so Alanis’s music is part of my youth. All I can say is that she is one of the most well spoken people I’ve ever heard. Her vocabulary is incredible as well. I wish she didn’t always have a guest on. I could just listen to her talk for an hour straight. In many ways her grammar and well spokeness are inspiring. She is also very intelligent and well prepared for her interviews. I know this all sounds like I want a date with her or something but listen to one episode, even from years ago and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Thanks for the music in my younger years and inspiring me now through this podcast.

Amazing guests and so much to learn!
I’m disappointed but I needed to unfollow this show because the host interrupts the guests too much and I get annoyed and frustrated. I was particularly interested in listening to Pia Mellody but, right out of the gate, Alanis talked more than the guest. I will continue to explore Pia’s work on my own. Thank you, Alanis, for sharing some of the most amazing guests! I also love to hear your thoughts, perspectives and experiences but not at the expense of hearing your guests speak.
