Conversations against living miserably is a podcast created by Dave and CALM, the campaign against living miserably. Every week our hosts Aaron Gillies and Lauren Pattison talk to a different guest about how they live their day to day lives without misery. It's funnier than it sounds we promise.

always able to pull me out of a funk
Lauren and Aaron are great. Love this podcast!
Grateful for the Company
When I’m anxious, I feel isolated, even if I’m surrounded by family/friends. This podcast gives me a sense of perspective; it’s a positive thing you can do for yourself.
Serious topic, but seriously fun.
The show manages to make mental health a fun and accessible topic. There were some issues with the hosts and/or guets sounding awfully quiet in a number of the early episodes (when wearing headphones), but that seems to have been resolved in the more recent ones (for the record, i did not change my headphones). Would recommend to any and everyone.
