Episode #305 - Bible Study: Where is Jesus in the Old Testament? part 1

Bible Study: Where is Jesus in the Old Testament? part 1 Let the Search Begin! Luke 24:27 Then he interpreted for them the things written about himself in all the scriptures, starting with Moses and going through all the Prophets. John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word     and the Word was with God     and the Word was God. 2 The Word was with God in the beginning. 3 Everything came into being through the Word,     and without the Word     nothing came into being. What came into being 4 through the Word was life,[a]     and the life was the light for all people. 5 The light shines in the darkness,     and the darkness doesn’t extinguish the light. John 5:45-47 “Don’t think that I will accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses, the one in whom your hope rests. If you believed Moses, you would believe me, because Moses wrote about me. If you don’t believe the writings of Moses, how will you believe my words?” Genesis 1:25-27 God made every kind of wildlife, every kind of livestock, and every kind of creature that crawls on the ground. God saw how good it was. 26 Then God said, “Let us make humanity in our image to resemble us so that they may take charge of the fish of the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the earth, and all the crawling things on earth.” 27 God created humanity in God’s own image,         in the divine image God created them,             male and female God created them. Daniel 3:25 25 He replied, “Look! I see four men, unbound, walking around inside the fire, and they aren’t hurt! And the fourth one looks like one of the gods.”
